The questions that run a law firm — answered at a glance.
Every practice loses time and money in the same four places. IURIA closes each one.
“Have we billed? Has he paid? What's left?”
Fee-note follow-up lives in people's heads. Money leaks through the cracks.
“Where is that matter, exactly?”
The master diary and the morning briefing don't scale past a whiteboard.
“Didn't we research this already?”
Opinions get written once, then re-done — nobody checks if the law moved.
“Who's doing which half of this file?”
Delegation and follow-up reminders are verbal, so things quietly slip.
Everything a Kenyan firm runs on — in one brain.
From intake to invoice, with an AI associate that has read every matter.
Kumbuka — your firm's brain
Ask about any matter, research Kenyan law, or draft in the advocate's voice. Every answer is grounded in your firm's own records — and every interaction is remembered. Powered by bRRAIn.

Deadline engine
Statutory and court deadlines tracked automatically. Never miss a date again.
Precedent bank
Do the research once; reuse it forever — with freshness stamps when the law changes.
Intake, KYC & conflicts
Structured onboarding with a conflict-of-interest gate before you take the matter.
Live in a fortnight. Not empty on day one.
We migrate your firm
We extract, structure, and embed your matters, contacts, documents and open fee notes into your own isolated database — so the system is never empty on day one.
We configure it to your practice
Fee scales, document templates, matter checklists and statutory deadlines are set up around how your firm actually works across its practice areas.
You go live on the Morning Brief
Run the morning stand-up off the platform. Two weeks of hypercare, then IURIA is simply how the firm runs.
“Have we billed? Has he paid? What's left? Bill the next stage?”
Built for privileged, confidential work.
Kenyan law firms hold their clients' most sensitive matters. IURIA is designed for that from the ground up.
Your data stays yours
Live client data lives in your firm's own isolated database — not pooled with anyone else's.
Built for the DPA 2019
Designed around Kenya's Data Protection Act and ODPC expectations, with a s.42 data-processing agreement.
Privilege-aware by design
Matter-level isolation and confidentiality controls that respect advocate–client privilege.
The advocate stays in control
Kumbuka drafts and researches; it never advises your client and won't invent a citation. An advocate reviews and signs.
Priced per advocate. Paid in KES, by M-Pesa.
A monthly subscription plus a one-off, severity-tiered implementation scoped to your firm's data.

Questions, answered.
Is our client data safe?
Yes. Each firm runs on its own isolated database — live client data is never pooled. The platform is built around Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019 and ODPC expectations, with matter-level isolation, confidentiality controls, and a signed data-processing agreement.
Does the AI replace our advocates?
No. Kumbuka drafts documents, researches Kenyan law, and analyses your matters — but an advocate always reviews and signs. It won't advise your client directly, and it won't fabricate a citation. It's a tireless associate, not a replacement for judgement.
Where does the legal research come from?
The official Kenya Law database (National Council for Law Reporting). Results are cited with the neutral citation, court, year, outcome and a live link to the judgment — grounded only in what the database returns, never invented.
How hard is it to move our firm across?
It's a white-glove, roughly two-week onboarding. We inventory your data, run a test migration you validate, then cut over — so the system is populated and reconciled from day one. Implementation is scoped to how much paper and history you're bringing.
Does it handle M-Pesa and ARO scale fees?
Yes. Fee notes are computed against the Advocates Remuneration Order scale, and payments reconcile against M-Pesa so you always know what's billed, what's paid, and what's outstanding.
